Do visitors need to choose a time?

Yes. Each ticket is connected to a selected entry slot so the halls stay comfortable and uncrowded.

Where does the ticket arrive?

WooCommerce and FooEvents send the ticket by email as a printable PDF with a QR code.

Can staff scan tickets by phone?

Yes. Staff can use the FooEvents Check-ins App for QR validation at entry.

What happens if I arrive late?

Please arrive 10 minutes before your slot. Late entry is handled according to remaining capacity and staff discretion.

Can I change or refund my ticket?

Final refund and date-change rules should be confirmed before launch. The intended support path is to contact the team before the booked entry time.

Is the route wheelchair accessible?

The visitor route is planned for step-free access. Visitors who need assistance should contact the team before arrival so staff can prepare support.

Are children allowed?

Yes, children can visit with an accompanying adult. Some evening events may have separate age guidance depending on the event format.

Can I take photos?

Photography is planned to be allowed for personal use, unless signs or staff mark a specific area as restricted. Flash, tripods, and commercial shoots may require approval.

Is parking available nearby?

Yes. Use the private booking request link for corporate visits, schools, cultural groups, and VIP tours.

Which languages are supported?

The preview supports English, Hungarian, German, and Spanish language selection. Full content translation can be added in the next phase.

Will I receive an invoice?

The production store is planned to generate invoices through Számlázz.hu after successful payment.

I did not receive my ticket email. What should I do?

Check spam or promotions folders first, then contact support with the email address used during checkout and the order reference if available.

Are payments live in this prototype?

No. The local preview stops at checkout confirmation until Barion credentials and the live WordPress store are connected.
