Tickets and entry
- Tickets are valid for the selected date, time slot, ticket type, and quantity shown during checkout.
- Visitors must present a valid QR ticket at entry. Staff may refuse entry for invalid, duplicated, refunded, or already-used tickets.
- Late arrival may be handled according to available capacity and staff discretion.
Payments and invoices
Online payments are processed through Barion. Invoices are generated through Számlázz.hu after successful payment. The exhibition does not store full card details on this website.
Refunds and changes
Refund and time-change rules should be confirmed by the exhibition operator before launch. If no separate policy is published, visitors should contact support before the booked entry time to request assistance.
Visitor conduct
Visitors must follow venue rules, staff instructions, safety guidance, and any posted restrictions for photography, bags, food, drinks, or protected exhibition areas.
Service availability
The website and third-party booking, payment, invoice, map, and email services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, or external provider outages.
